Out Of The Blue is a groundbreaking project that showcases MosArts' first Certified Passive House in the English speaking world. Owned by MosArt director Tomás O'Leary, who was also the Passive House Certifier, and with the architect being Art McCormack from MosArt, this 4,000 sq foot dwelling in Wicklow, Ireland was completed in 2004 and was the first of its kind.
