Retrofit Multi Residential units at St. Bricini's Park in Dublin is a sustainable development designed to provide quality housing for senior citizens. The project was led by architects Low Design Energy and MosArt, Who provided the certification and also provided staff training on certified passive house tradesperson training. With 11 residential units and a total area of 6,595 square feet, this project was completed in 2019.
