Octagon House

Two-storey house on a hill

Project Description:

A ridge-roof was adopted for this house but with a gable at one end and hipped form at the other which faces towards the sea. The main entrance is indicated by continuing the roof downwards, forming a porch where a single column supports a triangular overhang. Two columns are also used to support a triangular balcony that thrusts eastwards, extending the master bedroom towards the sea.
