As MosArt’s Finance Director, Mairéad works closely and collaboratively with our Team Leaders, the design team and training teams in order to ensure a streamlined service for our clients.
Having worked in the industrial relations industry for over 14 years prior to joining MosArt, Mairéad also looks after the HR affairs of the Organisation. She focuses on all facets of HR in the workplace including but not limited to Employee Relations, Training and Development, Onboarding and Performance Management.
